Episode 3 introduces the character of Charles, played by the wonderful actor Pavan J Singh. Just a side note, the role of Charles was one of the last roles to cast. We just couldn’t find a suitable actor who could play the role. That was until, Pavan came to audition for us. We knew immediately that he won the role. The audition consisted of the line “I love you”. Not only did Pavan say that line so sincerely, he has great comedic timing for this episode when his character is not able to say “I love you”. As for me, I’ve been caught early in a relationship with someone I’m dating saying “I love you” to me, way too early. If memory serves me correctly, I would then just grab them and hug them for a long time, while not saying anything at all. What have you done in this situation?
the obvious spark between Jane and Jimmy takes a turn into a conversation seeking advise from the opposite sex. one that leaks hints of jealousy and the war: head vs. heart
awesome writing!
By far my favourite episode.
That ‘colourful’ tip would have been very useful a few years ago! lol
The comedic timing was spot on, had me laughing out loud when Jimmy said ‘Donkey’.
Clearly Jane and Jimmy has something going, this is gonna be just like Ross and Rachel – I wonder how long they’ll take before these two gets hitched! 😉
Thanks so much for the comment and support Jeff. We’re so glad you like one of our favourite episodes in the beginning half of the series. I personally can’t wait for you to get to the episodes 7-13. We turn on the drama! Cheers, Christian
